"Preference" Brut is a refreshing, well-structured sparkling wine made from Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc grapes of one year of harvest, the perfect balance of which gives rise to an exceptional white Cremant. Aged on the lees for at least three years, the Preference cuvée attracts with a pleasant floral-fruity aroma and a delicate, elegant taste. Raymond Morin is a fourth-generation winemaker who generously shares his passion for wine and rich wine-making experience with the whole world. The Moran family owns three farms in the Loire Valley. The main one is the Domaine du Landreau, located in the heart of Côte du Leyon, and its vineyards extend to 3 famous wine-growing cities south of Angers: Saint-Lambert-du-Lattay, Saint-Aubin-de-Lunier and Rochefort-sur-Loire.
