Vines are trellised and planted is in shale soils bordering the Swartland region. Fermentation of the juice is on the skins in stainless steel tanks to maintain the fruit and spicy flavours intact.

This Shiraz is a juicy, vibrant Shiraz with ripe blackberry and cherry fruit and a spicy, smoky finish.
