Anthesis refers to the blossoming phase of plants, and it’s by far the prettiest time of the
year! This is winemaking couple, Anthi & Matt's take on organically grown Malagouzia.
The juice was fermented in stainless-steel to retain its aromatic characters and was then
stirred on its yeast lees for 8 months to develop texture. Fragrant fig-tree-leaf and ripe
peach dominate the nose, whilst juicy red pear and more peach are in balance with a
fresh acidity on the palate.
