Tasting Note

The nose opens with vibrant citrus aromas, layered with delicate notes of white blossoms. On the palate, the wine is well-structured and lively, driven by bright acidity and a distinctive savoury salinity that adds depth and tension. The finish is fresh and fruit-forward, lingering with clarity and balance.

How to Drink

Grilled fish, salads and white sauce-based dishes.

Producer Information

Grown in the highlands of the Peloponnese, the vineyards benefit from a cool Mediterranean climate, where altitude tempers warmth and preserves natural freshness. The soils are sandy with limestone, providing excellent drainage and contributing to precision, minerality, and finesse.

Production Information

Fermentation takes place over two weeks in stainless steel tanks, preserving freshness and aromatic purity. The wine is then kept on its fine lees for a minimum of 3 months, gaining texture, depth, and subtle complexity while maintaining a vibrant, precise profile.

Incredibly moreish, with or without food.
