The Sauvignon is harvested in early September and the Vermentino in late September. Both are cold macerated on the skins before fermentation. The wine is lees aged for 2 months before bottling.
Zippy and fresh without the lip-puckering sharpness of some new world Sauvignons. Cool citrus and green apple are supported by round tropical flavours from the Vermentino.
