A pale pink colour. Dry, fruity in the mouth with crisp acidity. Light bodied and with a caramel and slightly peppery finish.


Crushed with must and chilled before fermentation, drained after 12-18 hours. Settled until clear then racked to stainless steel fermentation vessels. Yeast inoculated and fermented at 10-15 deg C. No oak used.
