Dona Paula use only estate grown grapes, cultivated at high altitudes where the cooler temperatures allow the grapes to ripen slowly, developing complex and intense flavours. 


This wine is pale yellow in colour and has expressive aromas of white flowers, like jasmine, as well as citrus notes. In the mouth, it is fresh and mineral, with good acidity. Its complex and delicate character makes it very attractive.
