Pale Provençal styles are still the go-to, offering delicate strawberry and peach notes with a dry, refreshing finish. They’ve created a bright, zesty rose from Pinot Meunier - a grape usually reserved for champagne blends - that is packed with strawberry, peach and citrus notes.
